Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy in sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Pay Rate: $100,000-$120,000
